Kevin Key has over 25 years of experience in the remodeling industry. With his undergraduate degree in engineering from Texas Tech University, he has an understanding of the structural and architectural aspects of each project. Kevin has a profound working knowledge of each of the construction components that comprise an addition, remodel or new home construction. Kevin began construction work in Lubbock, TX, and then moved to the Dallas area where he has been involved with the remodeling industry for the past 18 years. To fully embrace opportunities to build custom homes for past remodeling clients, he established Key Residential, Ltd. in the Fall of 2010. Previously, Kevin was an Owner Partner of Key Renovations, opened in January 2004 and Project Manager for a Dallas remodeling company.

Katie was brought on in May 2016 to work as a project manager and customer service specialist. She is an honors graduate from Hardin-Simmons University with a degree in Mathematics. She has served on the NKBA Texas North Plains Chapter Board in various roles for three years. Katie has grown up surrounded by the remodeling industry and is passionate about affecting positive change in the lives of her clients.
